Wild At Heart Ojai will be presenting an introduction to the World of Wild Fermentation. Discussion on what are the benefits of having living microbes in your food, what is the difference between pickling and fermenting, how our gut microbiome connects to our brain. These are just a few topics we will cover plus a demo, Q&A and tastings with local fermentologist Michelle Lopez-Dohrn.
